At Edutech Reformers, we aim to provide quality refurbished laptops and digital learning solutions. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in specific cases mentioned in this policy. Once a product is delivered and accepted by the customer, refund requests will be reviewed based on product condition, issue type, and service terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product not delivered
  • Product received in non-working condition
  • Major hardware issue reported within the eligible return period
  • Duplicate payment received
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Product damaged after delivery
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse
  • Customer changed their mind after delivery
  • Minor scratches or cosmetic marks on refurbished laptops
  • Software issues caused by third-party applications or unauthorized modifications
  • Battery backup variation unless covered under warranty
  • Product opened, used, or modified beyond normal inspection
  • E-learning content, digital courses, or software already activated
  • Delay caused due to incorrect delivery address or customer unavailability

4. Return / Replacement Period

Customers must report any product-related issue within 7 days of delivery. After this period, support will be provided according to applicable warranty or service terms.

5. Replacement First Policy

In most cases, Edutech Reformers will first offer repair or replacement instead of a refund. Refunds will be processed only if repair or replacement is not possible.

6. Condition for Return

To qualify for return or replacement:

  • Product must be in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, charger, accessories, and invoice must be available.
  • Product should not have any physical damage.
  • Photos or videos of the issue may be required.

7. Refund Process

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 working days after approval.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping, delivery, installation, and service charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our side.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
